The Town Hall at 13 South Main Street offers flexible rental options with access to either the downstairs level or the entire building, giving you the space you need for events both large and small.

$175 per day
Additional setup day before event: $25
Additional cleanup day after event: $25
Deposit: $50

Whole Building
$350 per day
Additional setup day before event: $50
Additional cleanup day after event: $50
Deposit: $100

Rent must be paid in full before access to the building is provided.

Clear Creek Township is committed to maintaining a respectful, peaceful, and well-cared-for cemetery for families and loved ones throughout the community.

The township cemetery provides burial services and ongoing care with attention to dignity, tradition, and the preservation of the grounds for future generations.
